From prototype to high volume production, PA Pinions designs and manufactures a full range of high precision micro gears for medical, aerospace and industrial applications. Gears are machined on Swiss gear hobbing machines and depending on customer requirements, are inspected 100% using gear testers and vision systems. Our precision gears typically range in diameter from 0.5mm to 25.00mm.
