At PA Pinions we consider ourselves an extension of our customers organization and try to integrate into the supply chain as seamlessly as possible.

We develop processes that are high in capability and constantly monitor these using statistical process control ‘SPC’ techniques to further improve capability. Technology plays a very important role here and we consistently upgrade our facilities on manufacturing and quality to keep up with the latest worldwide developments. On the people front we will train and retrain to ensure personnel are able to do their job properly.

Mirroring our focus on process control is our broad array of quality inspection tools which currently contain Vision measuring systems, multiple double flank gear testers, XRF Plating thickness tester, hardness testers, roughness testers and several Toolmaker microscopes.

Our Quality systems are well documented and are in line and certified with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
